Great location and lovely staff

Liked: The location & staff were 5 stars. We arrived earlier than planned and the receptionist was friendly and allowed us to drop our bags while we parked up at the long stay car park. The room was very clean if smaller than we were expecting. The bed was super comfortable too.
Disliked: The room was extremely hot and stuffy, the window was designed to only open partially which is no fault of the hotel but there was no fan available and no drinking water in the room so during the night was incredibly uncomfortable we barely slept. A fan would be essential if staying in summer

Comfortable, well located, friendly staff.

Liked: Great location right by the seafront, with great views from the room. The staff were really helpful - we were hiking the South West Coast Path and arrived soaking wet after getting caught in the rain. The lady at reception offered a heater to help dry out clothes, which wasnt' necessary but was appreciated. There was a good selection of teas and hot chocolate in the room and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: No complaints - it was great.

Liked: Staff were lovely friendly and helpful receptionist. Parking was good. Room was very nice Breakfast very good. Couldn’t fault this hotel. This is the second time we have stayed here
