Liked: Convenient, clean and comfortable. We stayed there prior to our cruise departure.

Very good

Liked: Our room was very attractive and comfortable. The meal we had in the restaurant was very good and the atmosphere was cozy and friendly.
Disliked: The only drawback to this place is the lack of elevators. There are stairs down to the bar and restaurant and of course, to the second floor rooms.

Liked: Night porter Campbell was most helpful dealing with a car alarm both nights.

Disappointing stay.

Liked: Location and price. The breakfast is also good.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean in all places and it was very warm despite the fact it wasn't that hot outside. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. The facilities are quite tired throughout. It didn't match the photos.

Liked: The rooms were a good size, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a lovely stay, and although only one night I will look to book again next time
