Stay right before Corona broke...
Liked: The design of the space is beautiful and inspired us to change some things in our space at home. * Random; The scent of the hotel is beautiful* The staff was fabulous. They were very accommodating and professional. When we arrived to our first room it seemed a little small for 2 guests. The front desk was very kind and offered to change our room. The second time around it was perfect! On the night before we were heading back home things started to shut down, we had a drink at the bar to calm our spirits with spirits. The bartender Neil was amazing! He was so kind, so informative and just his hospitality is what everyone in the customer service biz should strive for! He topped off our weekend in the magical city of Nola that we can?t wait to get back to.

Great location, impeccable public rooms...
Liked: Rooms were fine and large (albeit dark). Concierge not readily available. Public rooms and bar area are great
Disliked: Room lighting was a bit dark.

Good value close to WW2...
Liked: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The public areas are very nice.
Disliked: The staff was not helpful. They directed us down the wrong side of the hallway, which required us to drag our suitcases up and down stairs. The other direction was flat.

Great place. We will be...
Liked: The walk to the WWII Museum was perfect. Couvant French
restaurant is on property and it was exceptional. Chophouse across the street was great. The Sazerac house was fun and also a close walk. Your staff was great. Love the modern and warm design of the lobby areas especially the library and the courtyard. Love the warm
Colors and fabrics.
Disliked: Would have like a better view - the courtyard and a larger area on our room to sit and visit.

Liked: We had a room with the living room that was street facing, highly recommend that. The added space was nice and having natural light. The detailing of the room was also very cute and trendy. Overall amazing property, safe location, walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Our room lacked a lot of lamps/lighting in the living room so it was very dark. The room was also next to the marquee which was super bright at night.

Luxury and charm and great...
Liked: We loved the comfort with the old charm. The staff was super friendly. We stayed here 2 nights only, because we had added on to our original trip and our other hotel had been booked for these dates. What a mistake. We started our vacation with our first 2 nights here and then went to the original hotel we had previously booked for the trip. The difference was night and day!! We had been spoiled in luxury, and charm at Eliza Jane and we just couldn't enjoy the other hotel after staying here. The beds were so comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff super friendly and the location was perfect.
Disliked: Wish it had a hot tub.

Stay over Mardi Gras
Liked: It was in a good location for Mardi Gras except due to its location the roads around are closed so we had to walk in with our luggage . It is modern, trendy and dark had booked a room with an atrium window thinking the atrium was light so very little light came in to our suite. The bed however was very comfortable and room quiet which was excellent as little outside noise
Disliked: The food at the bar was poor and there was little atmosphere. We are out for breakfast as it was a standard buffet at the hotel

Liked: Nice bar and bartenders with creative drinks and delicious bar food. Nice living room area for relaxing. Theocation was convenient, if you dont mind the 3/4 mile walk to Bourbon street. Plenty of good restaurants in the area.
Disliked: Our room had a view of the alley and was in a noisy hallway. The in-room coffee mechine was broken.
