Liked: Bkfst and staff were amazing! The food was delicious and even better that it was included.!It was great to have the trolly cards available as well. Lactation was perfect; we walked to everything !
Disliked: The only bad comment was that this room , 326, was very dark. It was actually hard to put makeup on.

Disliked: Rooms were small and tired with thin walls making them noisy. Well overdue an update. It didn’t feel like the stay was worth the premium price tag we paid for it. Staff experience was disappointing. This trip was for a special occasion, so my wife requested an amenities list to organise something for our room (to be paid for) 3 times both before and during our stay. On arrival a front desk colleague offered to arrange something but this never happened. Housekeeping was hit and miss - no waters in the room on arrival, then another day no bathmat.

Liked: Room too small. Only one garbage can in the room. Lighting was poor. No maid service on our second day.

Liked: Excellent location and fab facilities onsite & front staff helpful if you needed anything. French toast for breakfast was amazing and servers so polite and friendly.

Liked: Location and historic charm.
Disliked: The first night I was awakened by a bed bug on my arm. I caught the bug and killed it. The next day I took it to the desk and the clerk all agreed it was a bed bug. The clerk offered free meals and drinks along with sending maintenance to spray the room. I turned down both offers as I did not want a free meal or someone spraying a chemical in the room while we were staying there. The front desk clerk could not offer another room as the hotel had no additional availability. I asked for a housekeeper to come and change the sheets and to check the bed from top to bottom, he agreed, however, three hours later no one had come so I went back to the desk and asked again, the front desk staff apologized and said they would make sure it was done, after returning from dinner no one had been to the room and changed the bedding. Actually no one ever came to check the room. The front desk clerk told me to take pictures of the bug to show the person who never showed up. I don’t know if I should notify the NO Public Health Department or not. I was not upset in the beginning and just wanted someone to clean the room and assure me their was not a problem. I feel like my concern was ignored and that no one cared.
