Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. The decor was tasteful. The location was wonderful and although very central it was still calm.
Disliked: Although the hotel had a small lobby there was no real communal seating area to wait around.

Liked: buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff were super helpful and friendly, the room a decent size. My bathroom was spotless and had plenty of toiletries too. I was able to check out late and leave my luggage with them until I was ready to depart Boston.
Disliked: The view of of my bedroom wasn't great and I had fairly noisy neighbours. That's about it. I didn't have a car, but the traffic outside was always congested - I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

Liked: Great location at the end of Newbury St. Close to Fenway and BU. Beautiful historic building that’s been nicely upgraded. Very comfortable suite and bed. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms on the smaller side but you sacrifice a little space for charm and character.
