Pleasant but nothing that warrants...

Liked: This motel/hotel truly shines because of its prime location! It's just a stone's throw from Heavenly Village, making it incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and the hotel's location, slightly off the main intersection, adds to its appeal, as it offered us a quiet, traffic-free stay. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with everything, including the window AC, appearing recently updated or installed. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, adding to a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: The room lacked a proper wardrobe, instead offering an open portable hanging rack and under-bed storage. The bathroom door, a sliding style, did not fully close, leaving a noticeable gap. The toiletries could have been better, with the body wash being ineffective, and other products lacklustre. The wash basin is inconveniently located outside the bathroom, creating disruptive noise at night. Additionally, the window AC unit was excessively loud, disturbing sleep. We also found the lighting inadequate, with only one bright white bedside lamp rather than two with a cozier yellow light. We recommend the hotel address the AC noise and upgrade the bedside lighting.
