Liked: The hotel was very bright airy and had all modern facilities. It was a good location, but I had put near Piccadilly station in search and it was a long way to walk from there. The spa was nice and easy to book and use.The breakfast was very good choices and quality.
Disliked: The reception staff were quite stuffy and a bit rude as I had requested a twin room twice and they hadn't got one available at the time. This was made ready by the time we came back.The man who stood on the concierge desk taking the cases, was very abrupt and unsociable for the job he was in.The evening staff were happy and friendly a totally different feeling given altogether.The spa was warm and friendly, although not having used it before it would have been nice if she moved from behind the desk instead of pointing out areas.The breakfast was very good, just a bit let down as one member of staff sat us down, then no one arrived to explain where it was or how and what we could order. The man on the next table kindly did this. Overall we had a good stay and would stay there again now I know more what to do myself not to rely on the staff who could probably do with a refresher course in customer service.

Liked: It was so pretty and clean, the person, I think his name was Danny, helping us at Check-in was so lovely and attentive. He was so kind and really made us feel comfortable. He was really smiley, and made our stay 10x better from the get-go.
Disliked: Honestly, I just wish the check out time was a bit more later

Disliked: The Hotel charged me twice and they insisted that it was not paid through Bookings.com although I have proof of payment.They claim that the money will be refunded back after 5 working days and yet,no money was refunded!I was given an already occupied room when I went to my designated room.I will never recommend the Edwardian Hotel to friends.
