Gorgeous stay

Liked: We were due to stay here in December but was cancelled due to Covid. Hotel is gorgeous, and location is absolutely perfect. About a 5 minute walk from Spinningfields and literally across the road from Albert Scholls which was lovely. Breakfast in St Peter?s Street Kitchen was lovely also. Staff are fab and couldn?t do enough for you. Spent half an hour in the spa too before breakfast which was really nice. Absolutely made up with the location of the hotel!
Disliked: The only complaint I would have is the rooms. Ours was really nice and clean, however no proper dressing table with a mirror and the rooms are quite dark. Had to stand up doing makeup as nowhere to sit and no mirror at the desk. Otherwise though was perfect would definitely stay again!

Very good

Liked: The hotel location was perfect - walking distance of everything we wanted and needed! The hotel staff were also incredibly accommodating - we stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately the 1st nights sleep wasn?t great due to mechanical fault with the roller blind in the room meaning banging and clanking every 30 seconds (tried to sleep through it as I didn?t want to be that person!!) but I raised this concern with the night manager and they were more than happy for us to switch rooms to ensure the 2nd night was a more enjoyable experience which of course it was!We also used the leisure facilities within the hotel which were modern and clean - no concerns at all.

Amazing stay - would recommend!

Liked: The facilities were great, the room was lovely and super comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Our room wasn?t cleaned on our second day - not sure why, but was a little disappointing when we returned to our room after a full day in Manchester.

1 night stay

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and stylish. Bed was so comfortable and the black out blinds provide for a great night sleep. Also the pool facilities were lovely - although very busy.
Disliked: When we arrived our booking wasn?t on the system so we had to wait for a room. When we got up to the room all appeared well until the roof started leaking heavily. This meant we had to phone reception, who swiftly moved us to a new room (not an upgrade) in the middle of getting ready for dinner. The manager apologised to us in person and also offered us 15 off at the bar which we really appreciated. But considering we were only there for a 1 night stay and the amount we paid, we wish it had been a little less eventful.
