LOVE this place!

Liked: I loved everything about this place. It is so uniquely beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The host was very kind and responsive, welcoming us, asking us if we needed any fresh towels in the morning, and thanked us at the end of our stay. (All through text ) This establishment is also very clean. I love the self check in process. And the host seems to always be available if any needs or questions arise. The value was great. It is no more expensive then any humdrum hotel. This is a MUST stay the next time your in Buffalo.
Disliked: If your in one of the bottom floor rooms, you can hear what is happening above you. Like foot steps, or chairs moving. But honestly, it's an old building and that is really part of it's essence. It sure didn't change my mind of how awesome this place is to stay.

Boutique hotel, art deco, superbly...

Liked: Everything including location, location, location. In America’s top ten best neighborhoods (Elmwood).
Disliked: No human interaction. Code provided which worked fine.

very clean and cosy Boutique...

Liked: very clean room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed and minii fridge. very nice smell. Host was even responding to my call at midnight due to late arrivalCoffee Machine in the room15. Min walk to the nearest coffee place for food. Nearest Walgreens 30 Min.walk
Disliked: There was no staff at check out around on duty. They do not provide breakfast. Its listed as Hotel however its more AirBnB since staff is only available via whattsapp.

Pleasant, comfy and would stay...

Liked: Pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of the room. Never have I ever enjoyed a bath tub as much as the tub in our room, simply delightful. Only complaint was not enough time in the room! We arrived late and the check out iis a early 10:00 (they did give us till 10:30. We could have paid for a later checkout but could not justify doing that. This is a contactless check in and we never saw anyone at the facility, not a problem.
Disliked: Later check out free option

Spectacular and unique !

Liked: It is elegantly decorated and comfortable. Great attention to detail on everything. I made friends with the two housekeepers Diana and Cathy . They let me check in early too, I'd been traveling
Disliked: Nothing !
