Liked: The location was perfect. Good parking if you get there early.
Disliked: Beds were way too soft, the totally electronic communications with a staff person was weird. The check out time was too early. It did not feel welcoming.

Liked: What a delight! We stayed in the Kennedy Suite which was enormous and lovely. Parking was easy and the location is just a few blocks from Elmwood Village with its restaurants and little shops. I'd happily stay there again when visiting Buffalo.

Great stay!!!!!

Liked: This was a different type hotel. Like staying in a house more than hotel. Very clean and huge room. We really enjoyed our visit and would come back.
Disliked: No AC. It was warm the day we stayed. Could not get ac to work. Opened windows but no screens. We from Texas so we are use to some ac. The spa tub is just a huge bathtub. No jets.

Stylish and cozy room in...

Liked: Great location, the room was spatious and super clean. We liked the style and character of the furniture. The parking is right in front of the place. There were available water, coffee, teas and snacks in the hall. Everything was perfect including the instructions for self check-in shared by the managers.
Disliked: Everything was perfect!

House-hotel

Liked: The common areas are beautiful: it’s not like a big house adapted to Hotel
Disliked: I like the digital experience but if it reduces the operating staff, it should reduce the fare too.In any case I appreciate the location

Lovely place to stay in...

Liked: Lovely building, beautiful room, comfortable bed, Erin was terrific, very helpful and accommodating prior to our stay, during our stay and after.
Disliked: Would prefer the sink being in the bathroom and not in the room, but it’s an old building and charming nevertheless.
