Perfect staying for a family...

Liked: Fantastic, smaller hotel, with impressive design and furniture. Bads are so comfortable and room was extra specious! It is located close to city center, in a quiet area. We arrived very latat night, but we were expressly checked in, wiith all instructions, via phone call.It would be ideal if there was a breakfast option too. This is not a minus, just a wish. Everything else was perfect! We are definetly coning back!l.

Unique, charming accommodations in Buffalo

Liked: This property is located in a huge old building that has been renovated and redecorated beautifully. The rooms are really charming and my bed was comfortable. Some really lovely touches like an in-room steamer and community water cooler and snacks. Wifi was excellent, including for video calls, and parking was very convenient. Good value for the money.
Disliked: When I booked the Edward it was not obvious to me that the property is not "staffed" like a traditional hotel. You let yourself in with a code and, while there is a front desk, I never saw a person there. Due to this, it can feel a little intimidating the first time you get there-- and I would recommend arriving while it is still daylight if you can, just to orient yourself. The building can be hard to find (signage is very small and not easy to see from the road). There is no night staff or security as far as I could tell, although there is someone who answers text messages pretty quickly if you needed anything.Also, because the rooms are all so different, you don't really know what you're going to get. My co-worker had a gas fireplace in her room which was lovely, but I had a much larger and better desk for working. If you have really specific requirements, be sure you ask ahead!
