Liked: Very nice hotel, pretty rooms, amazing location and very thoughtful staff. As a female Muslim solo traveler finding places to pray post check out can be difficult but they offered me a space to pray and that was very thoughtful
Disliked: Very minor detail but there was a weird smell in the bathroom

Fabulous position

Liked: The location is fantastic, especially the river view rooms. I enjoyed the asparagus soup and the seafood rice that I ordered on room service.
Disliked: The staff are not very welcoming or friendly at check in. The bathroom is really tiny. There was no top sheet on the bed. The cleaner did not wash our glasses, but it looked as if they had only been wiped. The restaurant menu is very limited and pricey.

Disappointing

Disliked: This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The room had no proper wardrobe (just a few hangers behind a curtain), cheap toilet paper, and a poor minibar. The gym had no yoga mat and very few pieces of equipment. The breakfast was average, but not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel — it felt like most of it wasn’t even cooked on site. Even the mushrooms were canned! Some of the staff were actually quite rude. And the surroundings aren’t very nice either — a very busy road with construction work right next to the hotel.
