Disliked: There was no mirror in the room, strange for a 5 star hotel. There was a mirror only in the toilet.

Liked: The breakfast is good, the staff are accommodating, the location is pretty good right in heart of Porto and the action and our rooom is as expected.
Disliked: Nothing.

A lovely stay and I...

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff on the check in desks were all extremely helpful, giving advice and places to eat and using the map etc. Our room was very pleasant and very quiet. We slept well.
Disliked: The pool area needed some attention. We are aware that it was early in the season but the whole area was a little untidy and dirty. It would also be useful to know where to get towels from as this was not obvious. We had to ask the staff in the bar.
