Liked: Why is it that booking .com app says you can contact them with an issue 24/7 but yet they don't provide a phone number.i had to text 3 different numbers still issues not resolved and a phone number only for them to give me another number to call and get put on hold for 40 min.so once my billing issue is resolved I will delete the app and no longer use booking for anything. I hope this gets to upper management but it probably won't.

Liked: The staff found my wife’s wallet, called us about it and when we got it there was nothing missing. It was with them for I believe 3 shifts and no one took a thing.
