Disliked: The hard bed, not enough pillows even after requesting more, no fridge, major elevator issues, spa not operating properly, too long of wait for food.

I would say it was...

Liked: The staff that I went to was very friendly they were very helpful if I asked questions so no disappointments there the rooms were clean
Disliked: One thing I didn’t like was the hidden fee of them holding $150 and I didn’t have no idea they were gonna be taking that out of my account until I got there so that was a big disappointment on my end. Second thing is they don’t have any kind of microwave or Refrigerator to keep drinks in unless you wanna purchase one so that was another big disappointment on my book.

Disliked: 1) Beds were very hard and uncomfortable 2) shower head had 20% water pressure.. Real bad!3) tv remote didn’t work. 4) no WiFi5) the padding under the carpets were lumpy. Old carpet.7) no use jacks anywhere to charge phones?8) furniture was old. Chair pads were stained.** Room #615 should be condemned. **
