The Spotlight on The Edgewater A Noble House Hotel

Waterfront Luxury Meets Seattle’s Music Scene

Modern lodge-style comfort with a dramatic twist—The Edgewater A Noble House Hotel sits directly on Seattle’s famous waterfront at Pier 67. With sweeping views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains, this iconic hotel blends rustic Pacific Northwest charm (think knotty pine and leather chairs) with modern amenities like spa-style bathrooms and gas fireplaces. Whether you're in town for a big show or just soaking in the city, it’s a scenic and stylish base just steps from downtown Seattle.

Why Concert-goers love it

You can’t beat the location—just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to top venues like the Climate Pledge Arena, The Crocodile, and more. The complimentary downtown shuttle is a big plus for getting to late-night shows without the hassle of parking. After the encore, unwind in peace; the hotel’s waterfront setting offers a quieter atmosphere than most downtown spots. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is a relaxed 11:00 AM, giving you time to sleep in post-show.

Who this Hotel is great for

- Groups of friends looking for a stylish place to crash after a show
- Solo travelers ticking artists off their bucket list
- Couples making a romantic weekend of it
- Fans wanting a quieter post-concert recovery space
- Budget-conscious music fans who don't mind paying a little more for location and views

Food and Drink Options

Six Seven, the on-site restaurant, offers Pacific Northwest cuisine with a view—perfect for a late dinner or celebratory cocktail after the show. While there’s no 24/7 room service, the on-site coffee bar helps with those late-morning starts. And with Pike Place Market just a 15-minute walk away, you’re surrounded by walkable dining options that stay open late.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself is more about chill vibes than live bands, you’re within walking distance of Seattle’s buzzing nightlife—bars, lounges, and clubs are all nearby. For a cozy night in, head to the hotel’s restaurant bar with scenic views and local craft drinks.

What People Say

Guests love the unique over-water location and rustic-meets-luxury room style. Many mention the convenient shuttle and friendly staff, with special praise for the views and cozy in-room fireplaces. It’s a favorite for those wanting a quieter, boutique experience close to the action.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests note that the rooms can feel a little dated in places, and prices can be on the higher side—especially when there’s a big concert in town. Also, while the waterfront setting is peaceful, it can be a bit of a walk uphill to some venues for those not using the shuttle.

The Bottom Line

For concert-goers who want scenic comfort, walkability, and a peaceful post-show retreat, The Edgewater A Noble House Hotel strikes the right chord.

Exceptional - 5.0 out of 5

Darcy, Seattle, visiting Bell Harbor International Conference Center Wed, 21 February 2018

The views are truly spectacular. We were celebrating my spouse's 60th birthday. Our room was right on the water. The fireplace was turned on for us so the room was cozy and warm when we checked into our room. We had drinks in the lounge, listened (for free) to live music. Had dinner in the restaurant with a view of the Puget Sound. Food was great. The hospitality was really great, as well. We've already decided we'd like to come back.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. And the bear poof was incredibly charming.
Disliked: It was a little bit challenging to work the heating system. The fan was a bit on the loud side but we couldn't turn off the fan without turning off the heat.

Disliked: Small and cramp. Bathroom with strong urine odor when we first stepped in. Mattress is soft and saggy.

Liked: Location. Fireplace in room
Disliked: Resort Fee. I paid in full, then check into hotel and they hit me with 30.00 a day resort fee. I asked what exactly this gets me. Nobody could answer. It's an obvious cash grab. Store in lobby was closed when I checked in at 7pm on a Saturday night.

Outstanding lodging with an excellent view and a rock n roll twist.

Liked: We have a favorite room that allows close observance of cruise ships as they come and go. It adds a little spice to the balcony view, which includes a view of downtown, sunsets, and Mt. Rainier. Room service on the balcony with friends and my Bose speakers results in an outstanding prep session before hitting the town! The Six Seven restaurant is outstanding and reserved our party of four a fantastic waterside table with sunset views. Pricey but the splurge is worth it every time.

Not really what I expected....disappointed

Liked: location of hotel was great for our cruise embarkation. the room and view were OK
Disliked: the "booking" stated the room would sleep 4 guests. That was an understatement. With "Doublebeds", you really can only sleep 2 adults....possibly with 2 SMALL children. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan - after showers, the bathroom ceiling and walls were 'sweating'. For the price I paid, I feel the room should have been better.
