Still enjoyed the stay there.
Liked: Beautiful old home turned into hotel and loved the location and grounds.
Disliked: I did not care for the sheets as they felt part polyester ( not 100 % cotton ) and did not breath and were hot.

Liked: Quiet! And so enjoyed the birds in the beautiful gardens. Had a Great Horned Owl baby calling every night for another serving of food

Liked: I accidentally double paid for our stay. The owner picked up my phone call at 9pm as I was frantic. He was able to look into the matter the next day and resolved it as he promised. I appreciate the personal interaction.

Great base to explore Lopez...
Liked: Great location in a walkable town. Liked the historic feel of the inn, and the local art and photography displayed inside. Always found parking easily on the property. Appreciated the mini-fridge. Although I never saw staff, their contact info was readily available in the info provided.
Disliked: Walls were thin, hallways echoed. Could hear your neighbors talking and kids crying. Bring ear plugs. The old-style bathtub could use a refinish.
