Liked: The new decor
Disliked: I requested him on the upper level. However, when we arrived, we were told that the upper arms were being cleaned. The room we were placed in had a view of a wall.

Very good
Liked: Rooms were very nice. Location is great.
Disliked: Bed was too soft. My key did not work once and I had to walk all the way back down to the lobby to get a new one.

Not a good stay
Liked: New hotel
Disliked: No soup in the room for the whole stay. Restaurant misplaced my order twice, and charged for it. Most importantly, the rooms don’t have a small desk to work or place a laptop on. I had to improvise using the iron board to work.
