Liked: An absolutely amazing place to stay! Super friendly staff, especially Clare and Tom. They couldn't do enough for you. A true credit to the Eccleston Arms. Loved the bottomless brunch. Great choice of freshly made drinks and wow, what a platter of food too to go with it. Breakfast was hot and tasty too. The suite was stunning. Definitely going to stay here again. Great parking facilities and great outdoor facilities too. Overall, the best place to stay in St Helens. See you all again soon.
Disliked: Having to leave and not be able to stay for day 3 having drinks!

Lovely hotel & fantastic food!...

Liked: The room and restaurant were really nice. The creamy mushroom tagliatelle, & the parmesan & rosemary fries were 10/10, alone with the breakfast. We will definitely be booking again!
Disliked: The shower cubicle could have been a little cleaner. The room was really nice. However, there was a noisy fan outside our room but this didn’t really affect the overall stay.

It was ok , reasonable...

Disliked: Several issues with the room. Parts not cleaned for a while, radiators , kettle dirty etc. Several repairs needed. Bathroom door wouldn't close extraction fan broke and no blind on window, only curtain so could be seen from car park.
