Good

Liked: Comfortable bed and good towels. Decent value and quality food and drink available just downstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Issues logging on to wifi. Some elements of the room felt in need of a little TLC. One of the slats on the venetian blinds was broken and they definitely were in need of a good dusting. The bathroom fan in our room was very noisy and sounded like a plane about to take off while tohe toilet seat was very loose. However, when mentioned to the reception team they did say they would report it to the maintenance team.

Liked: The room was ok but hadn’t been dusted has big spider web in bathroom and in bedroom, needs slip proof mats too
Disliked: The noise was unbearable I could hear every word folk where saying the whole day and night till I called

Liked: The quality of the food and drink was very good. Food was prepared on site. I had one minor problem which was acknowledged.Room was very clean and the bed large and comfortable.
Disliked: Despite the very good triple glazing, I could still hear traffic noise as it is on a busy main road. There may be quieter rooms available. WiFi connection instructions need updating
