Would definitely stay again but...

Liked: Everything apart from the breakfast, the staff were very friendly and the room was fine, although a bit on the small side.
Disliked: The breakfast, the produce was dried out and unappetizing by 9:30am

Beautiful hotel and we had...

Liked: Everything! Wonderful hotel and we hope to come back during our next stay. Breakfast was divine with the view over the bridge and staff were super helpful. The spa staff was very welcoming too.
Disliked: Reception didn’t accommodate our request for an hour later check-out the next day (we had to pay a fee). Also a little bit of a disconnect with the communication I had thus far with the hotel. The hotel knew this was our wedding anniversary and a special booking, and when we arrived the welcome was not what I expected and nothing was mentioned at all. A little too cold to my likening.

Liked: Beautiful facilities and excellent sized room. The spa/wellness centre was such a bonus! Lovely view of the Peace Bridge and excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing!

Overrated and Overpriced

Liked: The staff was very friendly and courteous from the reception desk to the breakfast attendants.
Disliked: Room was too tiny to be comfortable.Bed was too small for 2 adults. The hotel was overpriced for what we experienced. Breakfast was very basic with nothing very tasty. This $400 /night hotel should have been $100.

Perfect with ample amenities

Liked: Ample amenities. Beautiful complimentary spa and thermal suite experience. Establishment was well maintained new clean and modern decor. Staff were always a pleasure to deal with from the moment you arrive. Great breakfast buffet. All your needs have been thought about. Very intentional and beautiful hotel. Highly recommend. Parking also included across from hotel.
