Great Nights stay ruined by...

Liked: Reception Staff very helpful, General Staff friendly and professional, Rooms spacious and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor and, apart from the Poached Eggs, was the worst I have experienced in any hotel.Sausages had a hard crust on them from the Heated tray they were kept in, bacon was hard (not crispy) but rock hard and black pudding also hard. Really disappointed in this as we expected more for a £200+ overnight stay.

Disliked: Price of meal absolutely scandalous 1 coarse mixed grill ( not big portions) including chips £46-50 certainly won’t repeat the experience

Great location and facilities. Great...

Liked: Location was great. Staff were lovely and very helpful
Disliked: The pool are was a little small. Not many people could be accommodated here with only 6 loungers. The Spa was lovely and the staff were great. Parking should not be charged for
