Not bad but was expecting...

Liked: Satff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: Rooms were smaller than expected and few things did not work in the room. From the photos and the price we had better expectations but I guess this is the cost of living in London. You also have to walk 5-10 minutes for check in and to store your luggage.

Great overnight stay

Liked: Modern, extremely clean and just what we needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again
Disliked: Nothing

Met our needs but good...

Liked: Great location to our Play that evening and location to Underground was great.
Disliked: Carpet was not very clean looking. Room was very small and difficult to place luggage and get around in for 2 people.

Liked: Room was nice, not large but looked like it had been done up recently.
Disliked: Having to go to another location to check in is not great, aircon good but occasionally noisy in room. Decorating in hallway occurring while there with signs everywhere of wet paint

Convenient location

Liked: The room had everything you could wish for, e.g.,friendly check-in staff, good shower, a/c, comfortable bed,coffee machine, iron, hair drier, etc.
Disliked: Room was smaller than expected and internal noise from room upstairs, stairs etc.

Lovely comfortable room, great location.

Liked: Lovely comfortable room for our one night stay, the absolute bonus being the air conditioning in the room which was very appreciated during the heatwave.Great location.
Disliked: N/A
