Enjoyable break in London

Liked: The room was spacious for the price, spotlessly clean, a lovely bathroom and elemis products. It was quiet and in a good location, not too far from Victoria Station. It had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a safe in the room.

Weekend break....

Liked: Ground floor room to rear of building ( room 203) Very clean, staff welcoming. Air conditioning, worked 1st night only, not a big issue, just a comment.... Tea, coffee, etc. in the room, and toiletries in the shower room. Quite a small double room, but adequate for our needs.Safe area with pubs and restaurants close by. Excellent for Victoria railway station. Good price for where you're situated...
Disliked: A bit of a faff if the weather is not great to get your room key as you have to fetch from sister hotel 5 minute walk away. The weather was great, so there was no issue for us! If you have a room upstairs or down, stairs are quite steep..

Wonderful, albeit small boutique hotel.

Liked: The location was excellent. The room was clean and well attended to. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat.
Disliked: The rooms were very small, without much room for luggage. The Eaton House had check-in at a different hotel. But, this was advertised when we booked it. So we were not surprised. It was just a bit inconvenient.

Good location small room

Liked: The location was excellent property was clean the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very small no place to put luggage or clothing.

Not bad but was expecting...

Liked: Satff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: Rooms were smaller than expected and few things did not work in the room. From the photos and the price we had better expectations but I guess this is the cost of living in London. You also have to walk 5-10 minutes for check in and to store your luggage.

Great overnight stay

Liked: Modern, extremely clean and just what we needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again
Disliked: Nothing

Met our needs but good...

Liked: Great location to our Play that evening and location to Underground was great.
Disliked: Carpet was not very clean looking. Room was very small and difficult to place luggage and get around in for 2 people.

Will be better once initial...

Liked: Room was nice, not large but looked like it had been done up recently.
Disliked: Having to go to another location to check in is not great, aircon good but occasionally noisy in room. Decorating in hallway occurring while there with signs everywhere of wet paint
