Liked: It's right in the centre of town close to everything. The hosts were a lovely couple ,very welcoming and friendly .The room was a good size and clean and bright. We would definitely stay again if in Skegness .Thanks

Best room I've ever stayed...

Liked: I've been to a lot of b&bs and hotels and this room was by far the best! It had everything you could need; spare blankets, heater, fan, fridge, full canisters of tea coffee and sugar, washing up liquid and a sponge, glasses as well as cups, plenty clothes hangers, a step for the bathroom, hair dryer and hair straightener. I've never seen so many facilities provided and everything was really clean. There was also an iron and ironing board on the landing we could have used if we needed it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. On-suite was a good size with full size standing shower and very clean.
Disliked: Doesn't offer breakfast but still great value for money and there are breakfast cafes near by.
