Rude and obnoxious.

Liked: The accommodations were clean and very nice.
Disliked: The staff was obnoxious and rude. My husband is disabled and so it takes us longer to get moving than most people. We were charged $150 for a late check out which would have been fine except the staff stood in our room hovering over us until we left. Literally stood in our room. Like there was no other room they could clean or attend to. We travel all over the world and this was the woest service we have ever experienced. It was actually shocking. Charging us a late fee and then being so over the top rude. I will be sure to let others know my experience it was unlike anything I have ever seen in my life.

Liked: So much more room than you think for a studio . Clean and upscale. Cute small common area with a great selection of hot drinks .
Disliked: Parking at night can get a little tricky. First night back from downtown area came back to reserved parking spot taken . Tons of cars parked in Spa area parked overnight and moved out by morning .

Disliked: Customer service response time could be improved. My unit was too close to the road. Very noisy.

Amazing!

Liked: The property is amazing! I stayed in the lodge room, which was incredible. Everything was super clean, and the size was very good. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Check-in and check-out were super easy.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic! I have no complaints at all.
