Do not use this hotel...

Liked: The location was perfect for me and my family
Disliked: So I booked two rooms but when I checked in earlier than 3 on 25.06.25 I was given one key when I told them my reservation number and PIN number . anyway they gave me one key but I had booked 2 rooms as it was 3 adults and 1 child ! Another family member had booked in the same hotel and had been given 1 key and they had 3 rooms so I wasn’t worried about the situation but as I say I wasn’t able to go to the room as it was early check in and we was attending a wedding near by so was not coming back till late. When I got back I went into the room where there was only 1 double bed so I contacted the other two adults and they had to stay on a friends sofa as there was no room for them here and no one on reception ! When I spoke to the person on reception next morning they said it was my fault I didn’t ask for another key !!!! I had paid for two rooms and 4 breakfast yet got half that yet no refund or apology or any responsibility taken what so ever ! A disgusting service i have booked many hotel rooms through booking.com always just given my reference number and PIN number and always got what was booked ! Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay in this hotel as the person on reception next morning was rude and disrespectful and confrontational not a good look eagles sort it out !!!!!

Disliked: Cleanliness of the room. Mold in shower, shower very poor, slow running cold water

Travelling with work but not...

Disliked: Freezing cold shower and hardly any water came out of the shower head. Mouldy in the shower Messaged hotel and not had the decency to come back to me

Liked: The best thing about any business is the staff team, and this hotel has just that. Really friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast is well cooked and adequate. The facilities in the rooms are good, and the location is amazing.
Disliked: This hotel is only really let down by 2 things -1/ The hotel really needs a deep clean, especially the carpets on the stairs and communal areas - grouting on showers tiles - cobwebs round windows and ceiling lights.2/ No hot water before about 8.30am (which was on other reviews) - I got around this by a shower before bed.

Liked: Big beautiful room. style of the toom ís awesome.
Disliked: The room and hotel could be better cleaned.There was an area with constant smell of dirty mops that we had to pass on our way to breakfast.
