Liked: Lovely big room with comfortable bed.
Disliked: There was no hot water. Couldn't wash or shower. These things do happen, but it seems they just couldn't fix it. They should have paid a company to come in and do it. It was broken for over over 18 hours and still unfixed when we left.I feel sorry for them but we spent good money and paid for a meal at the restaurant and many drinks. A refund should be offered because that was not what we paid for

Cosy, comfy and perfect location...

Liked: Staff members were very helpful and kind. This hotel serve best Indian cuisine and it’s better than many other restaurants in cities. In short, I loved my stay there and will be back soon.
Disliked: Nothing

Ideal Location For A Snowdon...

Liked: We got to check in early, without a charge. The day we left, it was slightly earlier than breakfast, and i asked if it would be okay to have a sausages sandwich to go, to which a lovely member of staff went and made one for me and my partner. Ideal location if for anyone tackling snowdon its only about 30-40 minute drive away.
Disliked: nothing

Hotel was cold and shabby....

Liked: The location of the hotel in Llanrwst was great
Disliked: They didn’t clean the room our entire three night stay, no clean towels or emptying the bins or new toilet roll. The room was freezing cold and the heating only came on for two hours a day. The staff were invisible at breakfast and at dinner the waitress kept bringing us food for other tables. Total shambles and definitely not a three star experience
