Beautiful Hotel. Amazing, accomadating, friendly...

Liked: The Hotel is stunning. Attention to decor and detail truly worth mentioning. All common areas were beautifully appointed. The Restaurant Vinkeles was incredible. Worth noting it's 2 star Michelin rating. The staff highly trained and accomadative in every way, shape and form. Location terrific. Each room has its own stlye. Just amazing.
Disliked: We orginally were given a room that was not in the area I requested. However, they did move us the second night to accomadate my request which I greatly appreciated. Only issue with the new room was it was located right above the kitchen and next to the back staircase the staff used leading to the restaurant. A bit noisy after the restaurant closed due to clean up.

Liked: The location meant we walked everywhere. The courtyard was fabulous for lunch, drinks etc. Staff were amazing, terrific concierge service

Disliked: Very hot or very cold in room. Had to turn off radiator & then just run AC when it was too hot but then turn off as it would get freezing. Bedrooms very small.
