I feel it was one...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Coffee was weak and paid 10 for 2 stale pastries. Not even a bagel.
Disliked: Room was the most poorly furnished I was ever in. Cheapest furniture and carpet on the floor. Ugh! Way overpriced and way off the way it is being sold.

Overpriced and disappointing

Liked: It was centrally located within walking distance of everything. The coffee shop at the hotel was great. The valet parking was extremely helpful.
Disliked: The person checking us in was very unhelpful. Was trying to see there was an upgrade available and if I could change my credit card. She said this is what I have and I don't know how to change anything. It was a holiday weekend, so no manager was available and there was nothing the person at the from desk can do except hand me my keys.

When stuck in Durham for...

Liked: Cute property with a wonderful restaurant and roof top deck.
Disliked: A bit expensive, one light turns all the lights on and off, not enough spa rooms.
