The location of the Dupont is pretty stellar - it helps that the rooms are spotless. Perfect location for NYE at a good price.

Home away from home

Liked: Location. Location. Location - staff’s attention to detail and overall service exceeded expectations. Room spacious and very comfortable. Early check in as well as late check out was granted (low season) weekend but still, this is a massive perk! The area is simply the best of DC with the coffee shops and Farmers market on Sundays… the hotel bar is also a must try! I’ll be back to this property when visiting DC next.

Wonderful except for the bathroom...

Liked: My room and location were great. I did not have breakfast.
Disliked: I have stayed at the. Dupont Circle Hotel many times. The one thing that I do not like at all is the new bathroom doors that were put in a few years back. They do not close all the way. And I don't like hearing others use the bathroom.The bathroom door has about a ½ to 1 inch gap. Please return to bathroom doors that close and provide privacy.Also there should be an ice machine on the floor.
