When I checked in with Sydney (she was WONDERFUL) for some reason my check in charged the $75/day incidental AND an additional $200 that no one could explain why? My traveling companions were not charged this additional amount so I'm confused. Booking.com confirmed my reservations for $1,011.52 which included all taxes and fees but when I got here my card was placed a hold for $1,501.80 This just seems "random."I totally understand! I apologize if our explanation led to any additional confusion - the incidental hold is $75 per night for a total hold of $300 while you are with us.
