Great staff

Liked: The staff, the location and facilities. I forgot to carry my suit when checking out and was going to Dubai. However, I had a trip back to the UK, London after a week and when I requested to deliver the suit to the hotel in london, staff responded to it promptly. I collected the kit from the london hotel week after.
Disliked: Nothing.

It's a nice old cosy...

Liked: The menu is very good. Staff really interested in making you feel welcomed
Disliked: Very small rooms. You can hear everything and anybody outside your room, every step you take is accompanied by a sound made by the floor

Liked: Location was good for my purpose.
Disliked: Shower room floor is in very poor condition- loose which may cause a tripping hazard. Wall between room 2 and 3 is paper thin. I could hear both sides of a telephone conversation in the other room, which carried on past 23:00hrs. No option for an early breakfast.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and in great location. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.The sitting area was cozy and relaxing. I really appreciated the food and staff.
