Bedroom in need of renovation.

Liked: Free parking. Great bathroom. Loved the wonky floor
Disliked: Dirty pillowcase (which was sorted quickly). Leather bracelet found under the sheet. Room too light and very noisy from the road.

Liked: Ideal location for where I needed to be. Lovely room and bathroom.
Disliked: Being able to eat from the restaurant in the room would be good. I don’t like eating by myself in a busy restaurant.

Liked: Great location, some very good staff if you''re lucky and it's their shift.
Disliked: Absolutely terrible customer service, unhelpful, disinterested staff.

Liked: Very quaint country pub/hotel. Central to the school. Very helpful staff at check in.
Disliked: The bedroom lighting is awful. I requested for a well airy and bright room and was given the one right at the end of a corridor (17 from memory) which had a tiny window. No ceiling lighting. Only 2 bed reading lights and a lamp on a desk.
