On Llandovery's market square this 17th-century grade II listed bed and breakfast offers free parking and breakfasts made with local produce. The Brecon Beacons National Park is less than a mile away. Scenic farmland is only 5 minutes' walk from The Drovers Bed and Breakfast with several fishing sites and walking routes found within a few miles. Dolaucothi Gold Mines is a 20-minute drive away. Each bright room at the Drovers has an in-room or external private bathroom and some have exposed wooden beams. Guests can relax on comfortable sofas and watch TV in the hotel lounge. Daily full English breakfasts are served in the charming dining room with its feature stone fireplace. For evening meals there is a range of pubs and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Visitors are requested to have two anti Covid-19 vaccinations.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts,...

Liked: Listed building in heart of the town. Traditional features with plenty of interesting adornments. Nice comfy accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Great location and delicious breakfasts

Liked: The excellent breakfasts and the friendly and very helpful hosts, who accommodated my dietary needs and my bicycle.
Disliked: Lack of any space for storing clothes, other than hooks. Perhaps there's room for a little unit with open shelves.

A lovely stay with pleasant...

Liked: The location was ideal and the breakfast was superb. The bed was super comfy
Disliked: My room was dark and had a view of a wall and a couple of windows just a few feet away. I understand that as a single traveller I probably got the worst room but it needed a blind as well as the shutters in order not to be overlooked but still get some light in.I managed to get wifi for a short time on the first evening but nothing after that. I had to go downstairs to send messages.

Excellent B&B Excellent, flexible hosts,...

Liked: Approx 10mins walk from Llandovery train station.Situated right in centre of Llandovery on Market Square.5-20 mins walk from some great locations for birding.Breakfasts were cooked to order. Each of the three I had were outstanding.Hot water and shower with power.Complementary water, coffee/tea, tissues.Very helpful hosts.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better for me.

Liked: It felt like home with the most amazing breakfast! When we arrived the couple let us pick our room, and treated us like long-time friends.
