Liked: beautiful hotel, unfortunate that our visit was in the middle of a pandemic so it was eerie with very few hotel guests.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable and the linens were excellent.
Disliked: Tiny room and bathroom. Very old fashioned decor, which some people would like. I would have been disappointed if I had paid more for the room, I felt the discounted price was actually what the room was worth. I'm surprised this hotel has 4.5 stars.

Liked: Great location! Love the history of the hotel. Love the ghost stories! Friendly front desk and the concierge is awesome!
Disliked: There is a strange smell throughout the hotel. It is a musky, cedar chip kind of smell. It can be a little overbearing in some areas. Also the maids forgot to clean ours rooms both days. We had to call them every evening to ask them to come.

Liked: Everything but the room
Disliked: Room was very small, view was awful and the noise level was high (above the banquet hall with a wedding)

Liked: Everything. This is truly a 5 Star Hotel. The Bakery & Cafe, and the Bar & Grill are fantastic, food is great and the live music in the evenings. The bed was very very comfortable, and the AC is very good. The room is large with a sofa and a nice TV.
Disliked: No, everything was Excellent
