We went to see Billy Joel at Wembley. Not too bad getting there by taxi, but coming back it took over an hour, so would recommend the tube or rail!

Liked: What a great place. Lovely staff and tasty food. Will stay again.

Literally slept there, and had...

Liked: It was convenient as we had to go to a funeral

Superb

Liked: Lovely quiet room, staff were excellent and friendly, breakfast was hot and cooked to order including buffet. Have stayed before but first time back since refurbishment and place had been renovated and decorated really well.
Disliked: Chairs in bedroom were not very practical

Lovely stay and will definitely...

Liked: Really warm, friendly staff. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Easy, free parking in a lovely part of Ealing. We were given a free drink on arrival and the breakfast was superb.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing
