I want to go back

Liked: The attention to detail oin the room was very much appreciated. We loved the robes and the bathroom, the bed was fantastic, I loved the color scheme, the room was a great size and I love the neighbourhoodStaff were accessible and friendlyWe miss the Drake!
Disliked: We weren't sure about the yellow lamp on the desk that had no cable, or the off-kilter flower on the top shelf. Also a place to hang clothes would be good. Welcome note got my name wrong and was super generic which feels neither cool nor welcoming - but the experience after that was fabulous

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff! Highly...

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful but it’s the staff and events that really make this place stand out. From check-in to check out the staff were all amazing. They helped us navigate the city and provided excellent recommendations for local places to visit.
Disliked: No complaints here, everything was awesome!
