Most Amazing Hotel Stay Ever...

Liked: This beautiful hotel is well taken care of. It is not a far walk from numerous restaurants and other attractions. The room was comfortable, very clean, and the beds/pillows were amazing. My partner and I agreed it is the best hotel stay we have ever had. When I’m not seven months pregnant, we will return and enjoy the rooftop bar.
Disliked: If you are not very tech savvy, it could be difficult for you, although I’m sure staff could assist you upon arrival.

Liked: The property was nice, and the design was fun
Disliked: The lack of a front desk, or the ability to talk to anybody directly was frustrating. Having to check in online and use codes rather than receiving a key was definitely annoying.

The place to be

Liked: Location, friendly concierge, comfortable, well appointed room, new room, design, WiFi, walk-in shower, clean
Disliked: Slightly inconvenient placing of toilet, hard to move bathroom door - but overall a really, really great hotel, excellent value for money

Liked: The only thing now alluring about this hotel is the rooftop bar/restaurant and location to the walking mall!!!
Disliked: Horrible customer service! Dirty, rundown facility! And over priced!! At check-in I was not given my “access code” to my room. I had to go back to the front and request it as it had still not been texted to me. Checking out at 11:05am i was locked out of the elevator to get back to my room for my roller bag. That was ridiculous!!! Very disappointing!! I stayed at the Quirk 3 yrs ago and had an excellent experience! New mgmt needs to wake up to the issues!!

Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown...

Liked: The Doyle is a modern and gorgeous boutique hotel for seasoned travelers. Its tech forward integrations require only a cellphone and pin to access the elevators and rooms. The rooms are beautiful, drenched in Millennial Pink and cool art. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a bonus and offer great views of Charlottesville and the nearby mountains. It’s walking distance to a variety of neighborhood restaurants and bars. We loved Public Fish!
Disliked: The tech element and lack of 24/7 hotel staff might be challenging for people who are not as tech savvy.
