Amazing!

Liked: Clean, comfortable, amazing decor, spacious, close to many shops/restaurants. Rooftop restaurant and coffee and whiskey bar are fabulous.

Hotel was better with the...

Liked: Location. Restaurant.
Disliked: Room was not ready on time. There is minimal staff so only resource was chat which was subpar to say the least. No discount given for the time spent waiting for our room. They did offer a downgrade 😡.

Souless, people make a great...

Liked: There were no staff. Fully automated check in was woe-full. If you want to be a 4 star hotel you need to employ people on the front desk. Very frustrating
