Liked: There was nothing to like about the property.
Disliked: It was abandoned and had building site fences around the property. The phone number of the hotel wasn’t available any more. They didn’t cancel our booking. We arrived under the impression everything was fine as they took payment only two days prior.

Liked: Hotel is boarded up and closed for renovation
Disliked: It’s closedWe were not informed of this and they still took money from my account.

Disaster / Scam ...hard to...

Disliked: Property is shut down and boarded up and has been for some time. Despite this, my booking was confirmed, I received a reminder and my full payment was taken from my credit card in advance.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything They charged my card a week before my arrival and after a 28hr flight I arrived that the location to find it was no longer in business and I had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute. So I ended up paying for accommodation I couldn’t stay at

Disliked: Booked months ago and payment taken 1 week before I was due to stay there. On arriving the hotel was closed with security fencing around the front. No notification it was closed and too late to book elsewhere.
