Really enjoyed the stay.

Liked: Excellent location , large room and bathroom. Wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: The menu at the restaurant was a little more pub than restaurant.

A perfect retreat following day...

Liked: After a long journey, the hotel looked incredibly welcoming on approach and the staff on the desk couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Any question I had (and I had many!) was answered quickly and helpfully - whether it was about the ferry, local cabs, or where I could do a sea dip! We felt at home from the beginning and we were very grateful for a room upgrade. We have family in Troon who stay in Arran fairly frequently and have recommended staying here on their next trip. A trip that we will remember for a long time, and hugely down to the friendly staff both at the front and in the bar/restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing to add here!
