Liked: Great parking and location. Staff were outstanding. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic. Room was very comfortable and had heating which we appreciated. Loved the window seat in our room. Bathrobes and slippers were a luxe touch and heated towel rack was lovely.
Disliked: The plug in our bath didn’t work so we couldn’t have a bath which was disappointing but not a major issue as we had a great shower instead.

Liked: A very friendly welcome when we arrived, with the reception team taking interest in our dog, asking his name and providing treats (we had pre booked a dog friendly room). Our room was spacious with a fantastic view, a great full size bath and the team had left us a dog bowl and treats in the room which was a lovely touch.

Liked: One of the best holidays experiences we’ve had. Hotel was just perfect. Our room was huge as was the bathroom. Very quiet at night. Breakfasts were great and the two evening meals we had were tasty too.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, spotless room with huge bathroom, great bar, very good food.
Disliked: Nit picking but the shower was an over bath unit with rubber non slip mat. Not ideal for older guests
