Liked: Peaceful beautiful setting. Big bath, comfy bed, the coffee machine.

Beautiful and quiet

Liked: Beautiful views room was clean and well equipped.
Disliked: We had dinner there and felt that the staff where not friendly enough or observant enough

Liked: Lovely rural, rustic Inn with gest roomsMain restaurant was very pleasant, had old world charm, beams, artwork and lots of history. Dinner menu was small, but filled with local food. Dinner was amazing 10/10. Service fantastic and friendly.Breast again was full of local quality foods, freshly cooked to order. Again served in the main restaurant

Beautiful Cottage and Pub

Liked: The location was lovely, the staff were nice and the cottage room we had was beautiful. It was comfy with a nice bathroom. A very beautiful room and lovely surroundings.The pub was nice and we had breakfast both nights of our stay. We tried the food in the evening as well and that was very nice. Having your breakfast included within the stay was very good value. The sausage and bacon were very nice and it was nice to have the option of changing how your eggs were cooked.
Disliked: Some of the facilities were a bit outdated and the TV didn't work very well as it kept cutting out but we were largely out and about so that didn't matter to us. Breakfast was nice but bread was a bit old and dry and the second day. Think that might be because we were the only ones for breakfast the second day, it just wasn't as nice as the first day's bread

Liked: very quiet room away from the road and other intrusions.

Beautifully quiet, picture postcard countryside...

Liked: We stayed in the old school house which was warm and very comfortable, in a super convenient location with ample private parking well away from the main road so lovely and secure and very quiet. The grounds are stunning, the view across the pasture to the cricket club beyond is quintessentially English and the food in the pub itself, where we ate dinner AND breakfast was phenomenal!
