A good overnight stop in...

Disliked: Room was fine, but no food in the evening, and although the breakfast was good, it was delivered without enthusiasm or attention to detail and we ended up stopping early for a second cup of coffee.

Convenient location to visit local...

Liked: Great location to park and walk to Eilean Donan. Can eat and drink here or at sister hotel a very short walk away.
Disliked: Very small room. Stairs (but less if you enter with luggage at back of hotel carpark)

I checked in and almost...

Liked: The rooms have been refreshed recently.
Disliked: There is no TV in the rooms - a very basic amenity, by any standards. This is completely unacceptable for the rate charged. - I was informed that it wasn’t possible to get a Smart TV signal in the area, however a simple/basic freeview booster would provide at least a few basic channels.

Liked: The location was great for what we were looking for.
Disliked: Shower head blew off and we couldn't tell anyone about it till we left because management wasn't around. No fan in the room and it was hot, even after opening the window. Between the first and second days we stayed, they never made our bed. They did change the towels because they were soaked from when the shower head blew off and flooded the bathroom.

Very nice hotel with an...

Liked: A nice picturesque hotel almost opposite Eileann Donan Castle. The room was of a good size with good beds and the bathroom had the best shower I've ever found in a hotel. I want one at home too! The hotel has a very good busy restaurant (reserve on time) and serves a very good breakfast. The price is a bit hefty, but the quality is good.
Disliked: Checking in during dinner time was a bit challenging, as reception was unmanned and the staff didn't hear the bell due to the noise in the restaurant. One of our party had to find his way through the hotel in search of someone to perform the check in.
