Liked: Excellent service from the staff.Good location, plenty of stores and bars within walking distance .
Disliked: We had a room with a terrace on the 5th floor. Terrace was nice, but needs lights to see during night time. Atleast a light on the table would be nice.Room was nice , but would of been better with a stove.

Liked: Comfortable and spacious room.
Disliked: The kitchen faucet wasn't securely attached and would spew water when it came off.

Very clean, friendly and comfortable.

Liked: The staff were great. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the tea and coffee in lounge.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like. Could provide additional coffee packets in room for days when cleaning service not coming.

Liked: Room was super comfortable with many amenities. The spa and sauna were especially enjoyed to help relieve stress.
Disliked: Being recommended to visit the concierge for a "welcome gift" as an opportunity to sell a property membership.
