Views on views - feels...
Liked: Great view from our corner room in the 42nd floor (SoHi) over Downtown, Soho and a little bit to the left we could see the 6th Avenue all the way up to Empire State Building. The room is very spacious (compared to other hotels in NYC), the kingsize bed was very comfy. I recommend booking a room in the SoHi category, because it has the most stunning views. You can even save a trip on the big observation plattforms, because you basically have that view from your hotel room.
Disliked: You could feel the hotel is a little bit aged, but except from a few little flaws (having a small puddle in the bathroom after showering), it's still well maintained. The in-room air conditioning / heater is really loud and you wake up at night once it fires back up after idling for a while. So just cool down the room before going to sleep and leave it shut off for the night.But the hotel is really a lot about the amazing views - so you don't care that much about it.

Liked: Beautiful view, nice and spacious room, helpful staff
Disliked: When we visited, spa was completely closed (both monday and tuesday). Having a spa was very important for us, so we were disappointed.

Liked: The hotel has potential but the behavior of the staff was very disapponting. Things are always measured when something goes wrong
Disliked: Every body, be careful when booking this hotel!!!The hotel used our credit card number without authorization, 3 days after we checked out and cleared our balance completely. It wasn?t even the card we paid with, but the card we used as a security card when checking in. this card number should have been deleted when we checked out .They charged it, for a car service we asked the concierge to order for us from an outside dealer. No bill or reservation sheet or receipt was given to us. They were only the mediator. (do you pay the concierge when he/she books you restaurant?) We paid the driver directly including tip. Suddenly three days after checking out and returning home, we got a charging notification from the credit company.We turned to the hotel immediately , wrote a few mails , but they gave us avoiding answers for 13 days. Finally after threatening to turn to the networks the money was returned .
