Liked: Very frinedly staff, at reception as well as brekfast room.The hotel is 2 minutes in walking distance from the main square, absolute top.Very quiet rooms, nice architecture high seeling rooms
Disliked: Better communication about parking options.It is almost impossible to find a parking spot close to the hotel.But the hotel offers valet parking and it is not mentioed on booking page.Closest parking lot is about 10 minutes walking distance with suitcase a pain because of pavement in Prague.Hotelname not visibler outside of the hotel / restaurant

Would visit again

Liked: The hotel is centrally located and within 2 minutes walk of the Astronomical Clock and Square. Room facilities are good (great heating especially as it was cold outdoors) and staff obliging and willing to assist, welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite disappointing.

A wonderful place to stay!

Liked: The hotel was perfectly located with most things in easy walking distance. The room (a deluxe) was really lovely and large with super comfy beds and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were always willing to help and offer advice. Really could not be happier and would return to stay there next time we visit.
Disliked: Nothing to be honest, it was all terrific

Great stay in a brilliant...

Liked: The room was fantastic - huge and comfortable. Lots of power points in the room, and lights. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant for access to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Bathroom was great - water pressure and temperature were both excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing; no variety each day (albeit the food we ate was adequate). The rooms are advertised as soundproofed but the Saturday night we spent there was disrupted significantly by people passing through into the early hours (nothing the hotel could have done about that). There was no fridge in the room, which would have been nice. The only British channel on the TV was BBC World News - one or two more channels would have been welcome (and/or a tv we could cast to from our devices).
