Liked: The price is good for the room. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were warm and nice, and everything was quite clean. We left the room early in the morning for a trip outside Germany and when we came back all the sheets were changed and the room was cleaned (as was requested).The hotel is located in a very convenient place, very close to the main train station, many restaurants around the hotel and also in the train station and a grocery store that is between the train station and the hotel.
Disliked: The environment outside the hotel was quite dirty and there were many sketchy / maybe drug addicted people around whom the staff thankfully warned us about and recommended we just ignore them if they asked for money.The breakfast was a bit expensive, but I don't know if this 16Euro per person is a standard price or not in Frankfurt. You can just walk to the train station and get a meal for multiple people for around the same price (We had 2 chicken boxes at an Asian food stand for 15euros total).There is a lot of noise outside the hotel because it is in the middle of the city, and it can get in the way of sleep at night.It can also get noisy inside the hotel when people are walking around in the hallways.
