I won’t be going back...

Liked: Convenience to the beach and Susan who checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: This was our 5th stay at Hollywood Beach and this stay by far was the most disappointing. There was a long hair on the pillow and a black stain on the sheets when we pulled back the covers. There was blonde hair in the drain in the shower. The neck of the shower head was coming out of the wall. The towels were very old barely white and had yellow stains on them as well. There were only 2 small baths towels which we used when went to the beach before dinner so we had no clean towels to use for a shower in the morning and couldn’t get more that night. I had to go to the front desk to get more and it didn’t open until 10. I was very disappointed because the reviews and score were very high at a 8.4 and to me it should have been a 5. I should’ve taken pictures of the issues. Next time I will.

Liked: Location was amazing, right next to the beach.Parking secured right in front of the room entrance.Helpful and kind staff.
Disliked: A bit outdated inside, could use some refreshment. Still we would book again due to excellent location.

Great location and very comfortable/clean...

Liked: Susan, the office staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked-in about an hour early and 1 of the 2 rooms was ready immediately while the other one was available a short time after. The hotel complex and rooms are a bit old but very clean and steps to Hollybeach broadwalk. You have to use a regular key instead of a key card to access the room, which was fine. We only stayed 1 night, so it was perfect and would consider staying there again.
Disliked: A key card for the doors instead of a regular key. The shower didn't work well but it was fine for 1 night.
