Stayed here overnight for a concert at the Arena - Rooms small but spotlessly clean - all you need to get your head down. Excellent staff & Great breakfast. View from our room just Fab. Big plus - we got a smoking room - Bliss!!! Sorry non-smokers - But as a pensioner walking down three lots of stairs in minus 10 degrees or more - this was the icing on the cake!!!!Will definately be back. At half the price of the !Arena local hotels! would happily go there again.

Disliked: The bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny, with a curtain that kept sticking to you as you were trying to shower as they was no space.

Liked: hotel was central...easy parking....the staff we're exceptional very helpful and pleasant....rooms were great comfy beds...plenty of coffee and tea....didnt have the evening meal...but the breakfast was one of the best we've had...cereals..full English...help yourself..pastries muffins yoghourts...something for everyone....and plenty of it.....this hotel has got to be one of the hidden gems....and free parking...!!......

Liked: This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was lovely. The breakfast was very filling and the weather was great. We were able to sit outside and overlook the water. We will be going back. All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. We really enjoyed our stay ❤️. The facilities/amenities were also good
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit small, but that bother us much.
