Liked: Lovely pub with great decor downstairs and nice clean bedroom. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Decent breakfast!

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful, food was very tasty. The decor is nice, and the general feel is calm and relaxing.
Disliked: The value for money was difficult to see. We got placed in a very small room, which whilst nice, it was difficult to call this as good value for money. Same for the food, it was very tasty but I didn’t realise how upmarket it was price wise. The meat mains were £26+ each, and portions are smaller than you would expect.

Liked: Beautiful old traditional pub. Lovely food and welcoming staff.
Disliked: It was a very hot day when I stayed and the bedroom was extremely warm at night and the fan just didn’t have enough of an impact. Not really something that could be improved without costly air conditioning.
