Disliked: Everything was exceptional no issues at all

Nasty place to stay at

Disliked: Dirty beds, spa was not working, pool was dirty, asked for extra pillows and did not receive them

Liked: The fact that they are trilingual... i was mind blown at how fluent they are and how accommodating and willing to work with someone they are
Disliked: its not that i didn't like, i understand the hotel is currently working on renovations a room at a time. Anyone making reservations at the dixie should be aware they are remodeling and still trying to be available for those that need a room. please work with them and be patient. A bit of mindfulness will reward you . trust.

Deplorable conditions and run down...

Disliked: Everything! It was the most disgusting and dirty mote I have ever seen. I was there 20 minutes before I left. Dirty sheets, caved in floors, cigarette burns on the mattress, worn furniture, graffiti in the room, terrible smell among the few. Also, did not have what was advertised: coffee maker, hair dryer, alarm clock, etc. - not that it would have made a difference in me staying. Horrible customer service from the man - the woman was a little better. Tried to tell me they had a $40 cash only deposit - did not say that anywhere. This place is an absolute dump -

Disliked: Charged 20$ for checking at 12 pm extra.sink didn't work,broken shower and the microwave was full of burnt food and roaches. The t.v.never would work even after the manager was informed and to change rooms was out of the question unless I checked out and returned after 3 pm. And pay weekend rates .
