Liked: the property itself is in a prime location. food and shopping just steps outside the hotel. the staff was super nice and when we arrived our first room was a sauna! the ac didn’t work and when i called the front desk they sent someone right away, when they couldn’t fix the problem they put us in another room. they had onsite security which made me feel super comfortable.
Disliked: the rooms were badly renovated. instead of replacing something they just painted over it and it was this dark, ugly brown. the walls and floors were scuffed up. the lock block was almost completely broken off, as if someone tried breaking down the door at some point. also, the blinds were badly broken. you could almost see into our room and the bed…literally the hardest bed i’ve ever slept on. it was basically the hardwood floors with sheets on it.

Liked: The location was great. Security personnel did great job. Staff was friendly enough.
Disliked: Was not clean. Found hairs in towels, bedsheets, floor. The hardwood floor turned our white socks black. Baseboards and other things were just dingy. Bathtub shower was small. Security latch above deadbolt was broken and not fixed. No grip in the narrow bathtub, very slippery, can slip and fall. Put up do not disturb sign when we left for the day, came back and can tell a worker came in. Air conditioner had a huge hole in the exhaust hose so it was spewing hot air into room. Had to mess with it to get it situated and reattach it to wall. The beds, i swear, are the ones you find in department stores where they display the bedding. Super stiff and uncomfortable, almost like laying on the floor. Body was sore for days. Pull out bed did not have sheets, saw some faint stains on the mattress. Freezer handle was broken off, really hard to open. Did not know parking was $25 a day, did not tell us beforehand. I think, not sure, that the wifi is only free from 11pm to 6am or something like that.
