Location is good.

Liked: The location is good. Ralph supermarket and Ross are just opposite the facility. Easy to find food around.
Disliked: Room is not that good. Sound protection is quite poor. We can hear the next room chatting every night.

Exceptional

not good value for money,...

Liked: Hotel had security to avoid any unwanted attention entering the hotel/parking area which added an element of safety which was needed in this area. The location was close enough to some of the popular attractions. It is also close to very nice Thai restaurants. Supermarket and other shops/restaurants opposite.
Disliked: The hotel is dated and not very clean, floors were dirty and after walking on them, changed your white socks to brown. the bathroom was noisy when running the extractor fan, and the drains made noise when other neighbouring rooms use the shower. the bathroom is also very small and compact. The rooms have thin walls with some connecting doors which does not provide any privacy despite being locked, especially if you have noisy neighbours. there are no power outlets in convenient locations, i.e next to the bed… also the light switches are by the front door. the location of the hotel is good in terms of distance to attractions, but the area did not feel safe. On some of the nights, screams are heard from various homeless and other random people. The road is also quite busy so expect city noise from traffic and sirens.

Clean room but a lot...

Liked: Clean room and kind employees.
Disliked: I did not feel safe. Los Angeles is full of homeless people and they are very close to the motel. It’s best to have a car or rent one if you plan to stay there. The metro station is super close but it felt unsafe at times especially after sunset.
